Please Welcome Natsuki’s Substitute: Oya Shizuka
February 15, 2009

On the off chance that Natsuki isn’t performing, her substitute for the Team K songs is Kenkyuusei Oya Shizuka.  I have only seen Shiichan perform in one song for Natsuki (because for one show, Natsuki left after her duet lines with Sayaka in Coolgirl, not to return until the encore), and that song was Ai ni Ikou.  Anyway, Shizuka also subbed for Yonezawa Rumi in B3, and Nakanishi Rina in A4-R.  Here she is in Kagami no Naka no Jean de Arc!

AKB48 NHK Hall Shuffle Concert Review! (OR: RSL’s First Novel)
January 13, 2009

Sorry for not posting an interesting post in… forever. It’s just that there hasn’t been too much news on the Natsuki front. That being said. I’m doing my first proper super-long review! Prepared to be amazed/terrified/bored. I’m going all out on this one. Be warned: oodles and oodles of spoilers are ahead.

RSL’s AKB48 Complete Ranking (as of December 2, 2008)
December 5, 2008

Since ‘Where’s Natsuki?’ is more than just a Sato Natsuki worship blog (or, that’s the idea), I’m going for a more AKB48-centric style for the next set of posts.

I’m doing an AKB48 ranking.  I know, it’s hard.  I’ll be listing them in sets of eight, from my least favorite to… Natsuki… sorry to give away the surprise.  Also, I’m giving brief discriptions/reasons for my ranking of the girl at that number.  I’m actually going to attempt to not be as politically correct as I usually am… just because I think it’s more interesting to read.  I’ll try to not censor myself as much.

As a special note, I’ll be including Kohara Haruka and Ishida Haruka in the ranking.  Currently, AKB48 is down to 46 members, and there are two open positions on Team A.  While I love Oya Shizuka to pieces (she subbed for both Sato Natsuki and former second favorite AKB48 member Nakanishi Rina), both these girls are more probable to be on Team A than Oya.
